    I just filed a BBB report in Florida about them, so we'll see what happens. I see that their rating on the BBB site is poor, about 1 1/2 stars, so they will probably not be surprised (the BBB, I mean). I've already opted to switch to Xfinity, anyway, through whom I can get double the service for the same price, woo-HOO!
