Without Wearing Rudrakshya mala or beads of rudrakshya any Religious work,Karma,Dhyan,Puja, padth,Hawan, meditation etc are not in use and no benefits is attained is found. More details about Rudraksha is mention below .
Why Should we wear Rudrakshya?
In hindu culture, religion ,shastra,Rudrakshya beads is given highly priority.Lord shiva himself is known as Rudrakshya so all religious Script and vedas recommend use of rudraksha in daily life, ceremony, puja, hawan, jap, dhyan. Without Rudrakshya any homa ,puja ,worship will be not be completed.
In this way is also said that "Those who are not meditator or those who is lack of unknowledge ,who doesnot wear rudraksha,If they wear rudrakshya, all sin will be removed and go in punyabhumi(bless place/heaven)".
With out bhasma(fire ash) or Rudrakshya mala,if anyone do lord shiva worship, they will not get exact boon what they wish.
Person who doesnot wear rudrakshya when in place, when doing dan, japa, homa, god puja, ancestor ritual puja, taking initation,or any spirtual work they will suffer from material world, and will be on heal.
To get free from material life, suffereing, mukti, rudrasha is very important. If any body whodonot know how to worship lord, puja, japa, tapa, religion, karma,if they wear rudrakshya and leave the life ,they will get moksha.
Lord shiva said to lord skanda kumar importance about Rudrakshya in one story legend in Puran.POne intresting story of god shiva about Rudraksh which i am going to mention here is power of rudraksha.once upon a time, one donkey was carrying rudrakshya big bag on him,so when he reached bidhyanchal pradesh he became tired and he left his soul. With the tiredness of rudrakshya bag he dies,so he got moksha and got shiva place (loka or shiva home) in kailash.Hence there is no any doubt that people or devotee doesnot get moksha.Because donkey was carrying rudrakshya. Any one who even touch, feel rudrakshya always attain guardian and protection of shiva parvati.
Rudrakshya is related to hindu shaiva sakta sampradha,sanatan- dharma, upasana, and is also related to every mantra, japa, homa, sadhana, yagya.

Hence vaisnava devotee is recommend to wear tulsi mala, tilak and shiva sakta is recommend compulsory to wear rudrakshya mala. Many vaisnava use Rudrakshya beads to please shiva too.It is said that god shiva is also vaisnavite.
