Dance!!!
I went out at 3:00 PM to the local memorial in my town and danced to one song. I did it in solidarity with the 'Flash mob' who were brutalized at our public memorial in Washington DC last weekend! I waved hi to all passers by but none had the courage to approach me. Had they asked I would have explained myself and invited them to join me.
I will dance to one song every Saturday until the flash mob win their case. If any one joins me I will dance to one more song for each additional brave soul who joins me. If I get arrested then I will get arrested, But I will express my disapproval of the thuggish behavior against my fellow citizens. The memorials in every town and city belong to us.
I invite all who read this blog post to join me by dancing at the local memorial of their choice in their own town or city. Even if it's just for one song, At least make time for the freedom of expression, and free assembly.
Saving freedom one song at a time is not too much to ask, Is it?
