"Action is needed when those around us are feeling sorrow"
(Knight of Wands with the 5 of Swords)
When those who are close to us are feeling down, are we the first to their side comforting them with love and empathy? Or...do we stay away and let them worry about their own problems?
When we learn how connected we all truly are in this life...especially those who are our friends, family, or loved ones...we realize that when one in the group is hurting, WE ALL HURT ! We are quick to share our feelings with winning the lottery and helping out all those around us in need, but what about during everyday events? If we would help those people during times of joy, why not help the same people during times of sorrow?
Being the "shinning knight to the rescue" is not always an easy task. Sometimes he is not wanted at first because the sorrow in our friend's heart may confuse their judgement. But if you are truly there for them in their time of need, they will see your intentions are from a good place...for their benefit !
Remember: taking "NO ACTION" is still taking an action ! Just by ignoring the pain of our family and friends can lead to worse situations if left unchecked. Depression can be a monster in itself if given the opportunity to grow with time. Love can conquer mountains they say. I say "love can also mend tiny 'boo-boo's' just as well".
