A dreamless sleep
I go to bed every night thinking i would dream, that i would be able to see new places and people, go to different worlds and wonder their beauty. sadly that's not the case, when i fall into the abyss called sleep, nothing awaits me there, for i wake up the next morning wondering if i ever dreamed, as im groggy and tired. I came to the conclusion that i astral project in my sleep, and that what happens when i sleep, i either forget or whoever i visit wipes my memory of what transpired. I do…

What is the Aura
Everyone has an aura. Everyone has already seen or experienced the auric fields of others. The problem is that most people ignore the experience or chalk it up to something that it is not.
Mystics from all parts of the world speak of seeing lights around people's heads, but you do not have to be a mystic to see the aura. Anyone can learn to see and experience the aura more effectively. There…

Nature's Gallery
Purple, pink, gold, and blue...colors of the Master artist! Grandfather sighs as His slumber begins, while in the night sky, Grandmother awakens and sheds Her light for all to see! Such beauty, as my eyes behold, takes my breath away! Thank you Great Spirit for granting me access to your gallery of beauty! Aho

~Crystal Skull Meditation ~
When darkness envelops you and all lights have been put out, summon the courage to generate that light from your own being. That spark is within in you. That starseed was planted within the depths of your Soul by LOVE. With each breath that connects you to LOVE, it will kindle that glow.…

Who benefits from propaganda?
~by its very nature is an enterprise for perverting the significance of events and of insinuating false intentions. The propaganda must insist on the purity of his own intentions and, at the same time, hurling accusations at the enemy.~
~At times I think this is the way most people really think and act. Why can't we agree to disagree and keep thinks moving..We will not love every one, we meet but, try to understand, where they are coming from. Attitudes get us nowhere. ~ Just a…

Paganism, Wicca and a God of our own understanding.
I haven't been on the Temple all that long, but This is still my first blog here. I'm a dual diagnosed homeless Navy veteran living in a VA Dom. I've been diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder depressive type, PTSD, and social anxiety. My drugs of choice were alcohol and meth. I'm stable on medication now and have a little over 3 years clean and sober.
Anyway what I've been thinking about today has been "God as we understood him" and my Wiccan beliefs. Sort of a how and why?…

A call to serve
I have been pondering this for a while now, during my absence. I've been grappling with a lot of emotional turmoil and spiritual burnout. Among the Christian faiths, some people feel they are 'called' to serve God and therefore enter training to become a priest or a nun, or to receive some kind of theological degree in order to preach. As pagans, have any of us had this call to become priest/ess? Is it similar to the Christian experience, or is it wholly different?
I have been pretty…

The shining Light of Death: what it reflects onto our lives
This is a follow up discussion post, but somehow seems to stand on its own merits. Death and death rites, and how Death and transition can keep us honest, and show us what we really value.
I remember when I was younger, I used to comment that we send flowers when someone dies, as a…

My Pathway to Serenity...
December 2005: On the surface, I had it all...4 Awesome kids, a 2 family home, a fantastic job, decent credit. Behind closed doors..traumatized and rebellious kids, a sadistic and abusive husband of nearly 22 years and a huge problem with alcohol. January 2006: Numb to fear, and for the umpteenth and final time, I separated from the tormentor. February 2006: Life has gotten better, the abuser still doesn't want to let go, but my friend Brian that I met from work, had gradually showed me…

Its Your Colors That Make You Beautiful
I have always been a vivid dreamer. A dreamer, that can remember her dreams from the age of 5. Every nightmare every detail. I'm used to strange dreams, odd demons, futuristic dreams, and dreams of instincts. This one, this one, I had last night was so different, so unique, that I had to write it down, had to share it:
The world was…
