What your about to read is a visualization exercise taught by one of the chat members one night in chat, this will help you visualize the astral, as well as help with astral projecting.

All my life i was able to speak a language i knew nothing about, i was able to speak it in my head, and even voice the words that were in my mind. Some of the words were simply that, words, one or two at a time, but other times, there were whole phrases i could speak at any given time. Alrighty, time for another blog post woot!
i was sitting in my chair, like i normally do, and was listening to some peaceful music while trying to meditate. What happened was rather cool because it took the second try for it me to be able to relax my mind enough to actually meditate successfully.
