sleep paralysis or near death experience???

A few nights ago whilst asleep, i began to feel this huge pressing pressure on my upper torso which was painful and was restricting my breathing. The wierd thing about this is that i was really aware of this happening to me (the pressue was happening in reality) and quite worrying if im honest!!!I then woke up but i couldnt open my eyes or my mouth as my lips seemed sealed shut. mini poem- one view of my town

embodied in a town with a generation of youth,that chose to live recless as they saw a truth.they'd take most drugs to get by an get high,living like drift wood floating by.madness and thugarry appears the norm,year after year more nutters spawn.pensioners terriyfied to walk their own streets,intimidated by youngsters and their musical beats,excepting defeat the old become weak.traped in their home they cant understand,how the worlds become cursed its no promised land.unity, peace and happiness…See More

the reason i came to join this site is to find like minded people to myself- to discuss life experiences and also to gain knowledge and educate myself more about the deeper less visible aspects of life.............
Music I appreciate
dubstep no1, hip hop, r n b......to... rock, country, etc

allsorts really theres possibly not a genre of music i couldnt or dont enjoy listening to!
Movies and TV shows I appreciate
spun, human traffic, shutter island,alice an wonderland..... to name a few
