About Myself and My interests: Work interests - developing people to doctoral level, enhancing safety of medication use and researching into causes and effects in this field.

Outside of work - music, theatre, reading, going to to football matches (Chelsea), socialising with friends of diverse backgrounds, appreciating the beauty of the world around me as often as I can. Taking photographs of things I appreciate with my smartphone has become a wonderful outlet for this.

My Teachers and Influences: Camus, Senge, Deming, Hesse, Jung, Aronson, Spiritans in my youth, Prof Andrew McLoughlin in my Organisational Behaviour master programme and since.
