I am sitting here relaxing and stilling my mind, enjoying the stillness and allowing images to flow through my minds eye. I need this and I do not do it nearly enough. I am tired and need time to just be.
There is nothing wrong in wanting this, wanting to feed my soul. Nurturing myself will, in turn, effect others. A relaxed me will effect how I open up and relate to others, my energy will be changed and others will feel it even if they are not aware of it. This will effect how they are…

Slow down and relax, there is plenty of time. Feed your soul and give it time to grow. Float above this situation - visualize yourself doing this and apply a healing touch to it, you know how, just be.
Above, within, warmth and affection to it all, compassion for all involved - ALL including yourself. Make it easy, easier than you are doing now.
