Why I want to join the Temple
I would like to meet other people, mainly of the TG and TG-supportive crowd, to create a new set of Mysteries specifically tailored to transgendered folk
About Myself and My interests
I use to be known as Jericha St Germaine., channeling Davrine. I gave up on the whole Ning scene for a while, due to being jaded by the ensuing politics, drama, and being in a bad position with my employment. Since then, I have found a wonderful full-time job and am living comfortably. I plan to use part of this time involved in my mystical research.
My Teachers and Influences
Manly P Hall, Bashar, Lord "Doc" Thoth, Lady Sekhmet, Lady Eris, Davrine and other Salmahkian friends, Poke Runyon, many other teachers
My Goals
In light of the recent exclusion of a TG from a Dianic ritual in 2011, this got me to thinking. Z Budapest claimed that only cisgendered (biological) women could participate, stating essentially that, since TG women don't have periods, the Dianic mysteries weren't for TG women. At first, I was admittedly shocked at an organization, which speaks of empowering women, would reject someone in a position like my own. However, I thought about it further, and perhaps the cisgendered mysteries aren't adequate for TGs, since, even though we are essentially women and men, we have different backgrounds and different needs. My goal is to rediscover ancient transgender mysteries, look upon modern "rolemodels" for insight, and with the help of Jungian psychology, help to channel archetypes that may better suit TG mystery seekers, or at least broaden their available resources.

PART π -

So why not do it on my own?  Why take an entire day to write all this?  Well, I could probably do this on my own, but it would lack a certain richness a community effort can provide.  So I ask anyone who's willing to do so for help with this project.  Yeah I know this post is short, but it's almost 2am and I'm tired.  My point is, this is an effort for the community, and should, therefore, be a community effort.  Any help would be appreciated!  Thank you!

PART C - THE PLAN

Okay, Robin, so we need to unite.  But what do you propose?

I propose the following;

- Research into history for examples when TGs were employed in some way, such a the Cybelines, Native American traditions, as well as Hindu takes on transgenderism.  Evidence of this is scant only because the Romanized culture sees anything non-male as an affront to them, and there are many attempts to hide or destroy evidence of such things.  But the truth still shines under…

Part II - THE IDEA

Like I said, Source doesn't make mistakes.  And humanity, being creatures of incredible potential for adaptation, has ways to evolve to fill a given need.  Our culture is so divided, due to a primal meme that has been installed in us from an unknown time, but most prominent in ancient Rome, and persists to this day.

Not to mention that us, as transgendered folk, aren't very united at this point, when the need calls for it.  Sure, we have support groups, centers to gather,…

PART 1 - THE WHY

Posted on July 11, 2012 at 10:23pm 0 Comments

Ever since about 2007, I have had a passion for the Sacred Mysteries of Life.  Being transgendered, I believe this gives me a unique perspective and insight into Them.

I haven't met many MtF people who are involved in "male" mysteries, ie Hermeticism, Qaballah, etc. (I'd love to meet them tho)  Mainly, if they are into the Mysteries, they are more feminine in nature, like Wicca, mainly Dianic.  This is completely understandable, given that most MtF like to forget they ever had…
