Abuse, the ramifications are horrendous. Me being the product of abuse learned at an early age that my world was forever changed. I from the age of 6 suffered in complete silence. Afraid and ashamed to let anyone know that 2 people who I trusted and loved ( my uncles) were sexually abusing me night after night. - my 3rd grade english teacher Mr. Wilson gave me my first journal. He loved the way I would sit reflectively and simply wrote what my heart was feeling.I remember it like yesterday, Lil girl I am giving this to you for you to allow your mind to simply flow. Didn't understand it then but def do now. Thanks Mr. Wilson.
