Hey Mark, I had to take down one of your pics, 'toasted buns' we had a member complaint and I don't want anyone getting us in trouble with our hosting company Ning. I personally don't think a pink bottom is obscenity, but I've written out certain guidelines here that I'm going to try to follow to keep ourselves afloat.

Essentially images that contain nudity or an erotic element have to be able to fall in the class of 'established art works' or 'established and recognized spiritual practices' this way I have some legal argument behind our rights to publish it on the site.

Personal photos that contain nudity, even if say less explicit than some of your tarot card images, are harder for me to defend from a legal stand point.

I really wish I didn't have to do this, and I certainly hope you understand and don't take it personally.

You can put these milder personal images in the bdsm group though, in a post thread that lets people know there are not safe for work images on the other side of the link.
