Let go of all the bad emotions inside, all the worries, all the fears, all the regrets, all the sadness and emptiness and just be, feel all the love inside you instead. You are not your emotions, you are love, you are a magnificent light. Let go and see who you truly are, see how beautiful you are. Open your eyes truly, not blinded by emotion or mind and see what I see, see what I love.

I'm maybe not the most open person, and I know it's cause of fear, fear of being judged by others, fear of giving someone power over me. When I think about it's very silly, but I'm so set in my ways, it's very difficult to change, I wish my mouth could connect to my mind and what I am thinking can come out into words. Just most of the time I can't put words to what I want to say, or I don't want to say it cause I'm scared.
