http://www.swamij.com Nondualism is central to Advaita Vedanta and Yoga Meditation. Seek to know that by which knowing, The nature of all things is known, Seek to love that by which loving, That love beyond all forms is known. That by which knowing, loving, holding Comes Absolute Joy, The One Joy that is unbounded, unconditioned, Limitless.

The non-dualistic approach is furthered through the adherence of the understanding that the Atman (loosely: "self," lit."breath" and equal to "Rauch") and the Brahman (Absolute; God/desshead; the Whole) are non-different, and NOT the same.  Liberation is thereby attained by direct means of this selfsame understanding (or "knowledge" often referred to as "Atma Jnana" (loosely: "Self-Knowledge").
