The Triple Goddess

This is a group to honour the Great Goddess in all of Her many aspects, and by myriad Names, as Maiden, Mother and Crone.

To reconnect with the Divine Feminine - the Goddess archetype and Her three faces, is vitally important in order to restore the essential Balance that humankind has been struggling without for the last couple of thousand years.

Goddess Chant - Isis, Astarte, Diana, Hekate, Demeter, Kali, Inanna... The Triple Goddess welcomes you!

"Trying to understand the archetypal image of the Goddess can be the work of a lifetime. When one realises that She is both a single archetypal Entity and also a trinity of aspects, the understanding becomes more complex. Complex, but clearer in many ways and more comprehensive. For the Goddess is everything to all of Her creations, and especially to both women and men.

She is the beginning and the ending and everything in between"

A Blessed Day to All ~

Now what do swans, rod and rings, apples and pomegranates, and snakes held in either hand have in common, I wonder?

Love you!

"Pomegranates were the sacred fruit of Divinity"

~Buffie Johnson

Pomegranates are the food of the Dead, and Isis is often glimpsed through the laden branches of the trees, feeding Her devotees in the realms of the deceased.

The Goddess stands holding an Apple in the one hand, and the Pomegranate in the other, representing the natural currents of Life and Death, respectively.

In ancient times, both fruits were offered unto the Goddess of Many Names.

The Tree was called The Tree of Knowledge of Life and Death, originally, though, as Goddess people know, that evil exists as the result of a fundamental imbalance within and without ~ an excess of anything is toxic in Nature, and evil and good as moral concepts have nothing to do with the natural cycles of the universe, it's workings; nor those who work natural magick with the Elements.

Blessed Be)O(.

" The apple, sacred to Aphrodite and eaten by Eve in the garden, represents consciousness(wisdom), the fruit of the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil.

In Scandinavia, too, the apple stands for rebirth."
