Dance is probably the most fun way to totally lose yourself and find the part of you that can answer any question you could ever ask if you just listen. Drum circles are an energy powerhouse that can feed the soul. Even if you aren't a dancer, its hard to be still.

Hi Rose - I dance ballet - I started pointe last year and I model en pointe too in fact. But ballet has had a massive effect on my spiritual life and I have devised 'non speaking' rituals based on dance and tracing and visualising symbols. It is a very powerful experience and anyone who works ritual regularly could try it - communicating everything in any means, but wordlessly :D <3
