The Tantra second me is one of the most beautiful and fascinating inventions that the man has ever done, in fact is that technology that is based on kamasutra, even if we are talking of BIND also spiritually and physically. There are two types of streets in the tantra, as in the magic it has the Way of the right hand and the way of the left hand; the one of his right hand is based on principles more theoretical and addressed the Tantra as philosophy, while that of the left hand is focused more of the side and the physical and passionate even if it fails to nothing the factor of spiritual union, with this last I want to speak. @Gary Simkins: It is an easier transition from doing any form of physical training or regular hatha yoga to include tantra yoga. The best way to start is by doing gentle breathing practices together or alone. Once your partner understands the importance of combining meditation and physical fitness, it is less difficult to accept that tantra might be something good for you both.

Being new to the site and beginning a new spiritual study I was led here. I am beginning my Sacred Sexuality/Sex studies toward becoming a Quadishti/Temple Priestess. I hope that I may bring some enlightenment or knowledge here, and takes some away.
