Yes" Janet  ,,,,, there are a lot of days I receive " NO " emails  and think why isn't anyone talking to me ;}  I just thought of that as I read your e-mail ;}

@ Cian ;} yes those monkey's are tripping on acid or something ;} ;}

The issue seems to be resolved; or at least they are working on it...

Now I have 12+ pages of back-logged notifications to sort through.... 

I've been on Ning networks since they were first introduced, and if there is anything one can expect from them, there will always be another issue popping up eventually

Ok, ok, I'll admit it; I'm a lil jealous...

...I really miss being able to grow.

Holding would mos def make sorting these notifications less tedious...

April fools my computer crashed I'm running elive operating system off of a flash drive, I just started getting notices of comments to my comments page but there are no comments posted by this robot (I suspect) comments wanting money to be sent to Africa. There is a link in the email it says to turn off email notifications but I can't find how to turn off email notifications. Which would solve this trouble any body have a privacy link to turn off email notifications?

Spammers tend to get banned rather quick here, and when their profile is deleted, the comments they left on peoples pages get deleted; likely why you have a notification of the comment, but the comment is no longer on your page.

As for the email notification system, it's still bugged; I don't always receive any notification for comments / replies that are left on posts that I have submitted, as well as, I don't always receive notifications for PM's that I have received.

To turn off email notifications, go to your profile page, click on the Setting's link in the upper right hand side of the page. Next, click on the Email link, and you can choose what type of notifications you want to receive.

Additionally, also under, Settings, you can use the Privacy link, where there is an option to set moderation for the comment section on your page, so that comments can only be posted there, after you have approved them.

Well TYVM, and you may be right it's still buggy, apparently the link in the email worked it did turn off email notifications via my comment page, and your instructions did work I got to where I asked to go.

I changed me email addy as an extra precaution. I did respond to one of those emails so they got my old email addy I then put them in the spam folder so all their emails will go to spam folder.

I have to check my new email to see if your post got sent to me, forum notifications is still turned on.
