Hello, I'm quite new to magic(k) and talked to some one named Gordon White who said I should join a group. What I'm doing right now is making a log for spells (a spell book if you wanna be straight with it) and I need some spells. So if any one has any minor sigils or candle enchants they can recommend please tell me. Also I was wondering if I could enchant a necklace if I put a sigil on it.

I am looking for advice from those who believe as Z. Budapest does: A witch who cannot hex cannot heal. I am looking to you for advice on spell casting methods and materials, moon phase timings etc.

The person I want to hex is the managing partner of the firm that took over management of my apartment building on, of all days, 12.21.12. I have lived in this apartment over 24 years. The former landlord decided in late Sept. to sell. In less than a month these new guys were inspecting everyone's apartment to make plans for changes. He dumped the building on the first bidder.

Basically, they're corporate slumlords & their many negative ratings on YELP! include a property owner whose 10K check was lost. He can't get information from these people, My particular target is the manager. My husband & I have found out from other tenants that he does not tell the truth. In our own dealings with him, we have caught him telling my husband one thing and me another..

He needs to learn patience, empathy, honesty and respect for women.

I work from home. As a reporter, I have to record interviews. But his workers are making tons of noise with hammers, drills, air compressors etc. I told him the situation & asked for a schedule of when the workers would be on site & got an obviously cut & paste non-answer that talked about the plans to paint the building. (Other landlord painted two years ago. It doesn't need new paint).  When my husband emailed him with the same complaint that noise was interfering with my work,  he got a more direct answer that gave a date. This is what finally convinced me he needed hexing. (On top of the noise interfering with my work, my husband, who works part time & I are exposed to this noise more than others. I have high blood pressure that is especially vulnerable to stress.

But the worst situation is that he would not buy us out of our opportunity to get a new lease. (Technically our lease was up on 12.31.12, but we can get a new one under law)  We want to buy a liveaboard sail boat & get out of this tiny studio. We presented the idea to him as win-win-actually  a triple win. A tenant for whom the apartment would be an upgrade could move in at market rate rent & we could move on. But he has found legal ways to raise our rent $200 a month, probably starting in August. Although that is $100 below market, he would rather keep us here at that rate than to spend upwards of $5K to refurbish our apartment for a new tenant at a time when he is spending money redoing several other apartments.

We cannot afford to move & this impending rent increase will put us in a trap. We can absorb it only at the cost of our savings. We do not have much if any opportunity to increase our income. We are already on food stamps.

All this guy cares about is the most profit in the shortest amount of time.

He says they want to make back any buy outs in two years despite their intention to remain managers of the property "for decades". Tthey don't want to spend the money on fixing our place now. Even though there are undoubtedly tax deductions that offset their costs..

He is taking advantage of our impecunious state to keep us locked in for his own profit. And if as expected, he raises the rent every year, we will be eventually unable to pay and may end up homeless.

I will let Hecate decide the actual hassle to him. But I think it is time for the warpath. White magic for money only get us some tide over cash for the next bill. I don't want to exist to pay bills. We need to be free of this corporate selfishness.

It seemed to be popular on twitter but I wonder how much of it was just "Twitter" and how much of it was sincere. I put energy into the candles I lit. I hope it was good for the recipients. But I decided to offer it here. I will post a picture of the candle I light for you. This is purely selfish of course, as I need someone to spell for me also.  I hope this is mutually beneficial.

I need a love spell. My soulmate has ended our relationship but the cause is drugs and false promises. She still loves me but doesn't know how to get back. I love her with all i have and want her back not to keep her but help her out of this mess. Then let the cards fall where they may and let her choose her path but with sober drug free eyes. A woman on a Wiccan site I belong to is having problems with entities in her house and so I passed on my husband's spell to get rid of entities. He has had to use it several times and it has always worked for him. It's a neat spell so I thought I would also share it here:

My husband has had problems with entities and this has been his solution:

1) Place a mirror in the southeast of the main room of the house; place a white candle in front of the mirror so that the mirror reflects candlelight into the room.  Have no artificial lighting (electric) on and draw the blinds or curtains closed.

2) In the northwest, as high up as you can get,.place another mirror with its back painted black. Also in the NW, light a black candle, but do not have the mirror in the northwest reflect it.

3) Smudge from the center of the room,walking outward in a counterclockwise spiral (widdershins) ending in the northwest, drawing all of the energy of the entities to you as you do so.

4) Point to the mirror in the NW and release the energies, envision the mirror as a doorway, portal, wormhole, etc. say a farewell blessing and trace an equal armed cross on that mirror, top to bottom and left to right with a finger on your dominant hand that has been dipped in salt water.

5) Extinguish the black candle, remove the northwest mirror and cover it in black cloth..

6)The following morning take the mirror outside, uncover and let the sunlight (or rain) cleanse it--the point here is to expose it to daylight, but if it is raining, it's OK--then wash in salt water or vinegar solution.

7) Resmudge the house and invite positive energies.

Does anyone have a specific suggestion/request for us to work on?  If so...may I suggest that it be added as a new Discussion?  That way, when each of us works it, we can report what we have done as a reply to the discussion, and we can follow each separate request through to fruition.
