Hi Everyone,

Andromeda, can you tell us how "psychokinesis" is shapeshifting? For those who don't know, 'psycho' meaning mind, soul, heart, or breath and 'kinesis' meaning movement, motion so 'psycho-kinesis' can literally mean, mind movement.

Do you start by visualizarion, meditation, or calling-up? How do you choose between the different animals? Are they in response to an emotion, stress, or just desire? I know how Shamans do it, but I would like to know how you achieve it, and how long you can sustain the animal.

Shapeshifting is part of psychokinesis. I for one want to walk as a wolf, a black wild cat & a majestic bird. That of the earth, for starters. ~Andromeda

I have been learning how to M-shift and have gained phantom wolf ears. The first time it happened, I was SO excited! I could feel them on top of my head, flicking around, listening to sounds. I knew if I touched my head, they wouldn't be there (because they were phantom ears) but they felt so incredibly *real*.  I'm working on a phantom tail next.

Has anyone else been able to do that?  Any suggestions?

@robert j strank, shapeshifting is something that shamans have the ability to do as well. The 'art' of shapeshifting does take some practice though and time....lots of time.
Lots of love brother.
Love and blessings unending all.

time and effort ,not a total physical shift ,mostly psycological ,however some phsyical traits may change overtime but not in a miraculous instant ,definatley not as though hollywood would have you believe!
