Been trying to lately brush up on pushing certain emotions into people when I touch them. I've done it a couple of times really easily but sometimes it feels like I'm pushing the emotions just into an empty space or against a really hot wall instead of into someone. Do I just need more practice or is it the type of person?

and with communicating, i've been concentration on there mind and brain, and relaxing my mind then i picture myself speaking into there ear, i would say something simple like hi, or turn around, and more people have noticed me saying something more and more ever since i started trying to develop the ability

concentrating on what i'm looking at and picking out the little things instead of looking at the whole picture, thats how i've been strengthening it and seeing things more clearly, but i still end up pushing people away. i don't want to get rid of my ability because it helps me get into the world and get into someones head to understand them

:) yep, that is what happens when you try to push the barrow. Really these things are tricks, side effects of spiritual development. It is better to focus on the divine and let the other stuff evolve naturally. It is a bit like missing the boat while looking for the ships. The best way to develop this stuff. ( my opinion will not be shared by some!) is to focus on purifying the consciousness and looking to the divine. Just my thoughts.

i've been trying to embrace my ability and strengthen it so i can control it and learn to speak to the person telepathically, i think acouple people might have heard something because lately i've noticed people looking around after i try and say something

@killik, a very difficult place. And dangerous as you will be realising. Try this, a friend suggested it. It worked for me. Sit in meditation. Stretch your consciousness as far as it will go from yourself, then retreat slowly, pulling a black veil around you as you go. Each time retreating a bit more and closing the minds eye to what you had experienced. Take it as far as you need. You can always open back up again.just open the curtain. I had similar experiences from purposefully opening the minds eye with Atlantan crystal layouts years ago. A lot of people will be experiencing that type of thing naturally at the moment. It can be quite disconcerting when your friends face changes in front of your eyes! And stay away from the new minds eye power stones like lazulite, purple tourmaline. Etc. :) hope that helps.

killik, my friend Vlada does that a lot and he says he can't shut it off. I do this to a certain extent too. But PLEASE don't push people away because of it. Easier said than done, I know!

i have found my abilities to look into a persons life and see there life flash before my eyes, but i do'nt know how to control it because i just look at anyone and see there whole life, parts that i need to see and parts i really don't want to see, i need to control what i do because i keep pushing everyone away because i just feel all there pain
