Filling: |
¾ cup sugar |
|
Blend together in top of |
|
2 Tbsp. cornstarch |
|
Double boiler. |
|
¼ tsp. salt |
|
|
Add: |
2 eggs |
|
Cook and stir until |
|
1 ½ cups sour cream |
|
Thickened. |
|
1 cup raisins |
|
|
|
1 Tbsp. orange rind |
|
|
|
¼ c. orange juice |
|
|
|
|
|
|
Stir In |
¾ cup walnuts, chopped |
|
Pour filling into pie crust. Cool. |
|
|
|
|
Top with |
½ cup sour cream |
|
Refrigerate. |
|
|
|
