I totally agree.  And keep in mind that the physical diet is only one component, and sometimes not necessarily the key to good health.  The "diet" on the emotional level, or astral level, should be taken into consideration.  What are we consuming on a daily basis of an emotional or astral nature.  What changes can we make there?   All too often the manifestations of an unhealthy body begin on the astral level and precipitate down to the etheric and finally manifest in the physical where we can see and touch them.  Don't neglect positive changes in the physcial diet, but at the same time, we should strive to clean up what we "consume" on an emotional level.  To some extent this overflows into our thoughts.  The act of forgiveness - of self and of others - often acts like a good purge, and a healing balm.

Would suggest the idea that eating "healthy" is much more individualized and complex than following "mainstream" medical guidelines. In fact much of what is suggested by the government funded medical establishment is actually very harmful, especially to diabtics. Would recommend researching the "primal diet" for some interesting thoughts along that line.

Mmmmm!  Love huckleberry pie!  I grew up eating them.  They grow wild all over the deep South.
