I'm quite fluent with Lucid Dreaming, Remote Viewing, Astral Projection, once I even had an Outer Body Experience where I had to fight off strange hooded entities from attacking My physically sleeping body..it was as if I watched Myself rise from out of Myself but a White Purple & Golden holographic copy of Me. Epic

Swing Technique: An OBE technique were you meditate for a while, then start to imagine and create the feeling of the bed gently swinging from side to side like a hammock, slowly swinging more and more. Practice this every night, each time getting better at it and being able to swing faster, higher and in more complex ways. One day you should swing out of your body.

I like using the swing technique...it helps me...although i never really liked the way it felt on my way out of my body...it took a while to get passed that! What do you guys think?

The only times I've experienced this were in dreams, very lucid ones. I can actually feel myself lifting up- pulling away, and 'flying'. I've come close to the experience again recently but find my mind tends to be clogged with the daily refuse I carry home from work. Does anyone have suggestions on how to clear my mind to be more receptive? (probably like spinning straw into gold during the week though).
