Hi everyone. I'm new here. I was able to travel to the astral as a child and in my younger years. It's been a struggle to do it as an adult. I have been trying for months now. But have just hit a wall at every attempt. I miss my adventures. But I am here to learn and absorb.

I just recently astro traveled to a past life I was an indian woman during the time of the blue coats. I was on the back of a brown horse with my arms around a man who was shirtless and I remember feeling afraid and I kept saying please dont turn me to them dont fight for them they are murderers! I have seen what they have done! then I got off the horse and walked to the chief who was down a beautiful field and I stood beside him and we chanted something and all the wild horses that the soldiers have captured  busted through the fence and came to where we were. The funny thing is when I woke up I could still feel his hot body on me  it was very hot during that time and he was sweating , when i think of that astro travel I can still feel it!

Good.  I have been keeping a diary/journal for over 50 years, from the age of 14.  It is a great thing to do.  I also have a magickal diary and a dream journal.  I also have an "ugly notebook" where I warm up before I start writing for the day, just like an athlete or dancer before s/he practices hir sport or dance.  I do this to keep at bay the spectre of the dreaded writer's block.

yes i have been keeping a diary/journal for 20 years.  i have many lol   all kinds of notes i've kept about all kinds of things : )
