Comment by Michael S. Santos on October 15, 2012 at 12:15pm idle hands are not good...finding yourself with nothing to do tends to leave the mind to wander for recreation...which may lead to wanting to get stoned or drunk...stay busy..always keep busy. most addicts or alcoholics i know have turned their addictive nature to work becoming workaholics...which is better but still not good. EVERYTHING IN MODERATION

Comment by Michael S. Santos on October 12, 2012 at 7:56pm hello...great idea for a group...anyway, i'll pop in here later for more detailed look..but as for now, caffeine is my current addiction...honestly, on average i drink about 8 to 10 pots a day...also, i have been clean from narcotics for 6 years..i was a coke addict from the age of 18 to 2005...words will never describe the feeling i have not to have that hell to deal with anymore : )
