Hello everybody!

I am new to reiki and still waiting for it to work. I am taking weekly sessions. If someone could help me with distance reiki for my chronic headaches I'll be really grateful! I want to stop taking painkillers and the pain is really incapacitating. Also if you can give me some insight into my past lives or who or what is my spirit guide I'd love that.  I can give a quick idea for the acne, I have bad acne as well, Look at this site, http://www.bodyeclecticskincare.com/ I know the creator personally, I would recommend the Aquarius soap, $6 a bar, and $5 when you get 3 or more, if she doesn't ship it to you then I can. The soap doesn't make it just go away though I have been using it for about 2 and 1/2 months, my acne has cleared up more then it has ever cleared, and it is getting better everyday :) An amethyst and onyx combo should help with the psychic weight, the onyx helps protect. Also clearing of the mind with meditation for about 30 mins a day should help as well. Welcome to the group Susan, I will be honored to offer my aid, many people can not heal themselves, myself included. I do not know why, but I feel that it may be because we are not meant to. I wish to ask this group for some aid.  I have 3 compound fractures of my spine and have been awaiting to see a specialist for over 6 weeks now, with no sign of any action on his part.

I can usually heal others but have never been able to heal myself, so you can see it's a bit of a problem. I have searched my memories but have a road block about how to heal myself or even stop the pain, which keeps me awake at night unless I take heavy duty painkillers.  Is it normal to not be able to heal yourself or is there a reason why we cannot?

Good evening.I have astral traveled befor.It was a long time ago.The only thing I did to prepare was to clear my mind,cleans myself,meditated and asked for protection.A freind of mine had done it with me from different locations.We both had focused on a particular location.It was an experience that I will never forget.Lately I would wake up in the morning and feel like I was out all night.But I dont remember where I might have gone.I wish you well on your journeys Chisom.Just take your time and remember to always pray for protection.It does help to meditate proir.Have a Blessed Evening

I have not tried astral travel before, I guess I am little bit scared and don't wanna do it wrong, I preferred to be schooled, but I will be very glad if one can direct, guide me to where I can learn so, currently I am in nigeria now, and somehow I. Wanna live this country to further my education, improve in the mystic arts and become a better man, I guess I need help in all this.

I want to say thank you for this group.I love that I can lay hands and help people.I love hepling physically and mentally.If here is anything I can do just let me know.I would like to learn how to hepl people with out them physically being in my presence.And have a Blessed evening.
