It is hard but the reason things have intensified is to wake people up to what's really real. This is a temporary plain of material existence we live in. We've been putting our values in the wrong places. Ususally, its not till all seems at one's wits end that they seek Truth. If you think about that in depth it might make sense to you. We aren't supposed to be getting meyered into our physical World the way we have been. Look what its done to a bunch of confused Minds, because of the material universe people have started acting all sorts of crazy and its got to stop and people come back to their Spirit and Oneness with each other. My personal thoughts is that's why its all going on. I mean if we think of the reasons anyone argues or disagrees with each other its all about material value....kind of crazy isn't it.
You have to step back a big and look at the humour in it to keep yourself intact...Its just temporary stuff and experience on the Physical Plane. Look how fast life goes by...With all the politics on TV look how many of us have been glued to the screen letting those outcomes decide our own. Its taken wasted space in our Minds and allowed someone else to control your view and well being. Even though we all are affected by ripples of circumstance one has to be choosy what they allow in their thinking space and ideas. If we didn't have all that News shaping us and telling us how its going to be wouldn't it just be however you felt...We have become Co_dependent on a System telling us what its going to be tomorrow. It doesn't need to be Doom and Gloom but we as people need to change it ourselves...
Our own destiny is a Co creation with the Creator directly, these TV and Media things merely sway our emotions for another to decide what we know and think... The rest is our choice. How many people get together creatively these days and talk about anything other than what they saw and heard on the news or assocaited media. Not many... Its a good time to realize how to again discover self sufficiency. Anyway, just some thoughts. Not many may agree but we have to wonder what is Freedom Exactly...Certainly not being a slave to system and manipulated by advertising and politics.

never let anyone see the storm in your mind . through practice learn to react without emotion . focus and figure a way to solve the problem . losing your head will not make a difference in a situation . most times it will just make you look like an ass . emotion is powerful energy and it should not be loosed upon tantrums . the world will be as shitty or lovely as you perceive . truth is there are many souls here and and some paths have.to be treacherous to evolve . there are so many paths intermingling . just do what you can in your vacinity plant positive vibrations . each one teach one .
