last night i experienced something fearful and spectacular at the same time though i wish it were under circumstances... anyways last night i was with my friend and we were having a cigarette at some point i started to feel like pulses going through my arms and hands and then i raised them at my friend and all of a sudden he started holding his body and and looking terrified and in pain and then i moved my hands away and i asked him what happened and he said it felt like someone was crushing his throat... also after he left i ended up pointing my hands to my others friends car and i made it go in the air about a foot for 10 sec and then i let it drop...
Please anyone with information about this let me know i want to learn so much more and being able to control it so i don't want to accidentally hurt someone again i would appreciate it if anyone can help me

is your experience something like this?? This is just what the body is capable of.
You might try some chi gong, yoga, tai chi or the like to open your meridians, what ever is going on in your system will be better if it flows. Many things are changing right now, I am not supprised by anything. I suggest that you ask your own body what it requires and listen to the answer, I mean no matter what is happening you can trust your own body to tell you the truth.

I would agree that doing yoga or tai chi would be helpful....have you tried using your mind to focus on your ability and see what you want, employ your mind to harness and focus your abilities, there are some great teachers and books out there....
