In search of the Real Babaji!

Hello everyone,

I just signed up with the intention of finding some answers to my questions.

I need your help, if you can. OK, it all started (actually a longer time ago), that I came to know the Mahavatar Babaji. So along the way I came across Swami Aliyananda, who teaches and gives initiations into Kria yoga, as taught by Babaji. She has a picture of an older man (Babaji is usually seen as a young man) that I have never seen before, and I have seen quite a few!

So my question to all of you is: Have you heard of Swami Aliyananda and her photo of Babaji? Is this a "real" Babaji or not? And does it even really matter?

I await your responses! In the meantime, I will continue praying and meditating that I receive an answer to my questions.
