As a Nationally Board Certified Reflexologist I suggest you try reflexology. I have four colleagues who have helped women conceive after just a few sessions (your mileage may vary). Also try acupuncture - there are some good protocols that work for pcos if you can find the right acupuncturist.
Stone - shiva lingham...put in your lap for a few minutes each day.
Cards - I chose playing cards for advice.
These actions will help conception: see the light at the end of the tunnel (10 of Spades), take ownership (King of Diamonds) and seize the day (Ace of Spades).
Not being romantic (Jack of Hearts) is the biggest obstacle to conception. Remember that the word romantic means imbued with or dominated by idealism. So there is a theme of staying positive and looking at this situation in the best positive light. Don't give up!

Permalink Reply by Katie Anderson on October 17, 2012 at 10:09pm I am also one who suffers with PCOS, and struggled with infertility for 5 yrs. I had four miscarriages before my last pregnancy, which was a twin pregnancy that resulted in one miscarriage and one healthy baby boy. I saw a reproductive endocrinologist, who referred me to an IVF specialist, but the IVF specialist did not suggest I proceed with IVF, instead I did a hormone regiment with progesterone before conception. This ain't cheap. I thank the gods everyday that we had good insurance during that time.
An alternative that I was engaged in at this time was candle magic.
I still have PCOS, but now I am back on birth control/hormone therapy and diet to try to keep things in check. And I'm not in the market for any more pregnancies at the moment.
