I don't intend to discourage you or to put anyone down, but that's just my honest opinion.
It's cool to get together on the astral with folks you know, and it's cool to promote feelings of peace and unity. I'm all for any experience that cultivates compassionate feelings for other people. and I do not doubt the importance of imagination as a tool for shaping and experiencing reality
But I didn't see much, if any information on the purpose or goals or even what sort of working this is, other than a sort of astral recreational cruise with the implication of contact with non-terrestrial beings.
at least one of the "motherships" appears to be a crystal somewhere. that was sort of weird, but what do I know?
I expected some of that info to be on an "faq" or "about" page, but I just gave up. it's a confusing amalgamation of blogs and blog commentary by a collection of folks who share stories of meeting nondescript loved ones who aren't currently on earth (but they just know that they knew this person somewhere at some time). then they say something like "and these feelings I had are confirmed by the way I feel now and by Gary here - he's an expert, trust me" (of course I'm exaggerating here, but not much)
and what's more, they tell you not to try to control the dream (I assume: as in lucid dreaming) and to just passively go for the ride. to me, that alone is a deal breaker
I mean seriously, is it any wonder that mainstream culture and "normal" people don't give serious consideration to the subjects that folks like us here at Temple Illuminatus find so worthwhile and interesting? I am doing my own small part to change that, but all the crap out there like this isn't helping me to gain any ground. even if there is truth to these galactic astral pleasure cruises, I just don't see the value.
but that's just me and my opinion, since you were asking for opinions.
and that doesn't necessarily mean that this experience is wrong for you or for any of those people currently participating. if you think it fits your needs, then go for it and don't worry about what other people think

Permalink Reply by Joe B on October 5, 2012 at 2:04pm I don't have any personal experience with them either, but what I said before is pretty much why I'm not interested in this particular venture

Permalink Reply by Kimmie Lanese on October 6, 2012 at 9:33pm Why did your friend join this? What does she/he get from this? Does either your friend or yourself know anything about the mental and physical health of the other participants? It looks to me like something from the plot of a "Dr. Who" episode. Something like Aliens pretending to be all "love and light", rounding up humans and using them for their own unpleasant ends.
